Who We Are
Geoff & Julie McGregor
Founders
Geoff, a trained secondary school teacher departed New Zealand for Cambodia in 2013 where he met Julie who had embarked on the same journey 2 years earlier. Both worked as missionaries and in 2016 they were married in Siem Reap. Geoff's ministry with young Cambodians was founded on relational discipleship outworked in community. As a result, the organisation purchased a house and decked it out as a student dormitory. This is how the Partnership Cambodia family began. Church ministry, village visits, youth camps, retreats, sponsored students, prison outreach, Bible studies, an internship, sports outreach, a church planted, mission trips, school tours, a bean bag business and suddenly a decade had passed and in 2023, Geoff & Julie felt it was time to return to New Zealand. But the journey is not over. Geoff & Julie continue to visit Cambodia on a semi-regular basis and also host the school tours alongside their Cambodian Team.

Vanarith Nop
Lead Tour Host
Vanarith has been hosting our school groups since 2013. His outgoing and fun personality are always a hit with students and teachers alike and his wealth of experience & local knowledge is invaluable. Vanarith is proud of his nation and his desire is to give you the best experience of Cambodia possible. He's never satisfied with good enough. He's always looking for ways to improve our school tours! When he's not hosting school groups, Vanarith has his own business running food tours in Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh. Check it out here

Tith Sou
Ministry Leader & Senior Tour Host
Tith (left) is married to Kimyan and they have 3 beautiful children, Joseph, Joshua & Joliza. Tith has been a key member of the Partnership Cambodia Team since 2012. Over the years, Tith has been involved in practically every area of our organisation. Tith is a great administrator, gifted musician and expert translator. His big passion though is ministry and particulary mentoring and discipleship. Tith has been part of leading our football outreach in the countryside, where we built a sports turf in 2016. As well as looking after the football field, nowdays, Tith works in church resource translation and in helping lead a church gathering at our student house. As well as all this, Tith looks forward every year to hosting the school trips from New Zealand and he hopes to see you on the next one!

Sideth & Srey Pov Sun
Ministry Leaders & Tour Hosts
Sideth (right) & Srey Pov have been part of the Partnership Cambodia Team since 2018. Sideth works part-time for a partner organisation teaching children in the slums as well as leading worship at the Sunday church gathering. Srey Pov is involved in prison ministry and also leads weekly women's Bible studies. As well as all this, together they manage our student house and offer pastoral care and support to the youth that live there. Sideth and Srey Pov are passionate about family and since joining our team, along with little Moti, they have brought a quiet enthusiasm and joy.
Vitep Say
Ministry Leader
Vitep (right) is married to Srey Leak and has been part of our team since first joining as a supported student in 2015. Amongst other things, Vitep is a talented musician and an avid reader. He loves to lead worship and to learn new things. His vibrant personality often has everyone laughing. As well as all this, Vitep has a heart for discipleship and is a gifted teacher. He often utilises this gift in the Sunday church gathering at our student house.
